I was told a designer would call me back. As of today, 8/17/15, I have not received a call back.

In my initial contact with the landscape designer, I was told the cost for the service was $75 and that it included pH testing of the soil.
The designer failed to show up for my scheduled appointment on July 8, 2015, and neither she nor anyone from the business notified me. I spoke to the business on July 9 and they seemed confused about the designer failing to show up & assured me this was unusual. I rescheduled for July 14 and the designer showed up.
We walked the perimeter of my house and the designer made suggestions for alternative plantings, including various suggestions for any one area. I asked if she would provide me a list of her suggestions, including alternatives, and she said she would do that and that she would get the information to me by the end of the following week (July 24). I called the designer on the afternoon of July 23 and left a message asking about her list of suggestions. The suggestions arrived by email on July 29 (5 days late & 15 days after we met) in the form of a rough, hand-sketched drawing with names of plantings indicated, but with no alternatives noted.
The design included planting a 4' shrub between two 4' high windows, creating a 17' long, 4' high visual appearance which, from a design perspective, seemed obtrusive and unattractive. I questioned the designer about this and was told she chose the 4' high shrub for that location based on the height of corner shrubs. I understood from this response that the designer designed with plants in mind, not the house the plants were to compliment.
The emailed information did not include soil pH information. When I asked about this, the designer told me she did not do testing because she decided it wasn't necessary. She did not adjust the bill to reflect this service not being provided.

In this era of technology it is a relief to find a company truly concerned with providing excellent service to their customers.
The workers that were on the job included Jerry, the foreman, Nick, Donne, Austin, Jake, Jason and Max. They were AWESOME!!! The new work for which they were contracted was completed efficiently and to our complete satisfaction.
After the work on the patio progressed it was determined by the crew that the repairs would need to be much more extensive than was originally planned. The crew informed management of the problems and the company accepted responsibility to complete the repair work properly. The new development required EXTENSIVE manual labor (digging heavy mud, hauling material up a rather steep slope to the street and their truck and then hauling via wheelbarrow rock and sand back to the location. At no time did any of the workers voice any complaints about what the job required. It was hot and miserable and they worked tirelessly.
The crew members were always professional, respectful of our property and of us as individuals. It was initially thought that the work would be completed in one day. Because of the additional problems encountered the job required 5 and 1/2 days. Jerry was especially good to communicate the progress and keep us informed about what was being done and why. When bad weather kept them from working he contacted us early to let us know the plans for work. Every day before they left the street in front of our house was cleaned and all debris, etc. was removed. Our neighbors were impressed with the methods that were used during the work on this job.
We feel fortunate to have contracted our landscaping with this company and commend the workers who upheld the company commitment of providing professional service and EXCELLENT quality.
We highly recommend this company for any landscaping projects!!!

Everything worked great but after a week or so, all of the lawn was restored to "green" except one section. I called Mickman's and later that same day a technician came right out and assessed the situation. The sprinkler was working perfectly but that section needed more time each session. They adjusted that one specific section and indeed, after a week or so, that section greened-up.
We are really thrilled with the installation, service and the system itself. Mickman's just came to "blow out" the system for the winterization process. Our whole experience with the Mickman's Irrigation Division couldn't have been better.
