I have been a Residential Real Estate Appraiser for 15 years, residing in Andover, MN and serving the greater twin cities area. I pride myself in providing quality and ethical property valuations and I do it with a smile. I'm happy to answer any questions or offer my expert advise whether you choose to complete an appraisal or not. Most reports are $400 with exceptions for complex properties. Cash/Check/Venmo and Angi Pay accepted. Experienced in appraising for Market Valuations, Divorce, Estate Planning, Purchasing, Refinancing and Foreclosures. Residential properties only, I do not do business appraisals.
