Went extremely well. My dog was extremely relaxed and cooperative. Two groomers worked over him, one held him while one trimmed, so no restraining with collar and standing loop, which I liked. They were responsive when I asked for additional trimming around eyes and let me know they offer just a facial trim for $5 so that full grooming lasts longer. Brilliant idea in my book. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and will definitely be going back even though they are all the way across town from my west Metro location.
The only reason I gave two B grades was their price is slightly higher than another place I have taken him and though I didn't notice at the time I would request that they trim closer around his muzzle and chin next time. Really minor quibbles though on my part.

I called at 9am and received a appointment for 10:30. They took her in right away. This was her first trip to get a bath and clipped. she is only 12 weeks old and is a yorkie and maltese mix. She looked well groomed and smelled clean.

I called and booked an immediate appointment, I dropped her off and two hours later picked up a sparkling and MUCH better smelling dog!

She does an exceptional job. She is very friendly and relates to the animals. She is a big time animal lover. One of our cats is ferrel and she is able to handle that cat with no problems. She does home calls as well.
