Thomas was very responsive and super helpful with the whole process!! We brought out samples and walked us through all of our door choices. He then fixed the garage door temporarily until our new ones could come. They look amazing and give our home an awesome facelift!!! There was a scratch in one panel of the door and they immediately ordered a new one to replace it. A week later, it came and they replaced the panel so our doors were perfect!!

Called late on a Friday and Dave came Mon morn (it wasn't an emergency). Garage door needed checking and lubricating. Dave is very personable and easy to work with. He showed me how to lubricate the door myself in the future.

The service turned out very well. They did a very fine job. I would most certainly use them again. The problem before was that the thing was not setup right. We had more than once replaced the garage door. Finally somebody had come in and said "oh well look at this, this is about 8 inches off  from where it should be". So the door had to be pulled up instead of being pulled straight. It had been doing that all the time until the doors pulled themselves apart.

Dave was on time and he was very nice.  He determined that we needed a new garage door opener and new rollers.  He also inspected everything and made repairs where necessary.  He answered all of our questions and explained everything to us thoroughly.

I purchased the basic tune up, but ended up asking him to do much more.  The garage doors hadn't been touched in 20 years and many parts needed replacing.  He fixed several parts that were broken - asking for approval first.   The doors work better and are much quieter now.

He put it in good running order to see me through the winter.

My garage door stopped opening and I found Garage Door Plus through a friend that recommended him. Roy was friendly and professional when I contacted him and had me describe the issue, and was $70 cheaper than the competitor. He came out to fix it and it turns out I had given him a wrong description of the issue. I asked if there would be a charge since he came all the way out to Plymouth and he said don't worry about it. Wow. He came back out 2 days later and took care of the springs and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Garage Door Plus to any of my friends and family!

Roy did a very professional job removing the old doors and installing the new ones. He seems pretty experienced and efficient - nothing fancy about his presentation. I like working with someone that is both the owner and the actual worker for a company. Haven't had to have Roy come back for anything - which is a good thing - but means I can't speak to follow up services.

I think Garage Doors Plus is a one-man show. The upside is low overhead and dealing directly with the owner; downside is if something comes up and he can't do the work, you're kind of stuck. We postponed the service two times due to health issues by the service provider/provider's family. In each case, Roy was very careful to communicate and explain the situation and request a new service date. Luckily, the garage door was functional during this time and it wasn't a big deal to postpone each time. I trust Roy's knowledge and experience, and I think he's probably the best value out there.

I left a message for Roy and he called me back within a few hours. He gave me a basic quote over the phone and since it sounded reasonable enough for me I did not need him to come to the house and physically look at it. He had time available within a couple days to complete my garage door installation. He was prompt, called when he said he would, showed up when he said he would, etc. He installed the door in a quick fashion. The bid came to be right on; actually I think it was a couple bucks less because he said something was on sale. I was/am VERY happy with the install and recommend this company for any garage door problems you might have.
