Terrible. Josh was late arriving to get the work done; he made us feel like a low priority as he kept trying to push our project back many days. It is now 10 days since he was supposed to have our fence done and it is not yet done. He did not know the code for how far to put the fence from the alley. I had to call the city to clarify this issue. He spilled concrete on our driveway. We wanted to reuse our ornamental fence and, after installing most of it, he told us we would be short in terms of lineal feet and would need to substitute something different for the rest. It would have been nice to know this before installing it. Additionally, he told us we would have enough.

Very well - working with Jessica to set everything up was easy - quick responses to questions.  Joshua and team came out for the install and were quick, quiet, and thorough in getting the work done.  A bonus was that they did not run into any sprinkler hoses (yay!).  Good looking fence and easy team to work with.

Bought a new house in June of 2014 and I needed a fence for my two dogs. I did a lot of research before choosing a company. Josh is really easy to work with and uses top quality material. I'm not quite sure how to rate Freedom Fence since I really liked working with Josh and Jessica. I'd have to say that overall I am happy with the fence itself. It is a black laminated fence and it won't fade but there are a few things that I was disappointed about. I'll just start from the beginning. They put the fence in and everything went well. I spoke to the two guys doing the work. They were very nice and I was surprised at how fast they put the fence in. After mowing the lawn once I realized I was not happy with the amount of space I had in my back yard so I called to have them move the back side of the fence about 5 feet further from the original fence line. That cost me about $400.00. My bad, I had an idea that I wouldn't like the fence line they recomended but I agreed to it. Now, after living with the new fence line for a few months I am very happy that I decided to change it. Here's where the disappointment comes in - the day they came out to move the fence it was not the same two workers that came out originally. When they put the new footings in THEY CUT MY SPRINKLER LINE. I came home in the middle of installation and I asked the worker (he looked to be in high school) about payment and he couldn't have been less helpful or personable. I could barely hear him when he told me to talk to Josh. Whoever cut the sprinkler line had to know that they cut it because it was sticking out of the ground and when I went to turn on the sprinkler it just gushed out, wasting A LOT of water. This cost me a lot of money to fix and when I called Freedom Fence and told them about it I was told that they are not responsible for any damage done to the sprinklers. This was not a surprise as it was in the agreement I signed but I was still upset about it and I really didn't get much sympathy from Freedom Fence. You'd think that they would want to suck it up and fix it just to prevent a bad review. I knew the agreement that I signed relieved them of liability but I wanted to give them an opportunity to make it right and after talking to them I was VERY disappointed. Months later I am still upset about it, not because of the money but because this worker was dishonest and I wish he would've just owned up to it as a lot of water was wasted before I found it. Another minor thing I am unhappy about is that one of two drive gates they put in are too close to each other so that you can't open the fork latch without it rubbing on the other gate, scratching up the lamination. I called to have them adjust it and someone came out to fix it but it is still rubbing. Would I do business in the future with Freedom Fence? I'm not sure, I would definitely get bids from other companies first. I hate giving them a bad review because the owners are gand ograve;od reasonable people but I am upset that their worker didn't tell me he cut the sprinkler line. Dishonesty will t**** my viewpoint of Freedom Fence and all they had to do was offer me SOMETHING to make it right but they didn't.

They arrived when they said they would, put up the post and 2 days later finished the fence. They left the site clean and the fence look great.

The people at freedom fence were excellent to work with and worked around our schedule to make sure we had the fence installed as soon as we possibly could. We were buying a new house and have a large dog that has always been in a fenced yard. We called freedom fence to get pricing and they met us at the property and provided a cost within a day. They initially scheduled it for the first day we moved into our home, but we had to postpone, and they were very willing to work around our schedule to make sure the fence was installed as soon as it worked for us. The quality of the finished product was excellent and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

Josh and his crew put in a great black chainlink fence with three gates. the job was performed in a timely manner and it looks great!

I liked everything about them. He was fantastic. I called on a Saturday, and he returned my call immediately. He had an open appointment for Monday. He was prompt, professional and clean, and he gave me a full estimate for my fence. The total bill was for the exact amount of the estimate. He had to make a special sized gate, but he didn't charge me extra for that. He also helped me remove old fence posts at no extra charge. I would use them again.

Frredom fence got the job done quickly and we are very happy.
