FIREMASTERS, INC. has been selling high quality, seasoned firewood since 1978. We sell cut, split, seasoned firewood with FREE delivery and FREE stacking. The wood has been seasoned for at least two years. We do not cut down healthy trees to make firewood, but use trees that have been removed for other reasons. We do not use diseased or infected trees and the wood is insect-free. Our mixed hardwood is approximately half Oak and the other half a combination of Ash, Maple & Birch..If you heat with wood and want more oak, just let us know when you order and we will deliver 75-100% Oak at no extra charge. Our price includes free delivery and stacking of your firewood. Delivery: We deliver to Minneapolis, St Paul, and most suburbs of the Twin Cities. We do not charge extra for delivery within the metro area, but may charge a fuel fee for deliveries that are outside of our normal range. We deliver during normal business hours. You do not need to be home when we deliver, we can make arrangements for you to leave a check or pay by credit card over the phone. Stacking: The wood will be straight stacked between two log cabin style ends. We will stack it anyplace we can drive to. For locations we can't drive to, we require a path sufficient for wheelbarrow use. Because the wheelbarrow has two wheels in the front, the path must be at least 18" wide. It must be shoveled, cleared with a snow blower or other method which clears to the ground, not a path made by walking and compressing the snow. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for long distance stacking. Our company policy prohibits carrying firewood up or down steps, due to the danger involved. "I'm very sorry that you were not satisfied with your firewood purchase. All of the firewood we sell is fully seasoned & we have a 100% customer satisfaction guaranty. If any customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase, we will make it right or refund the payment. If we had been notified of your dissatisfaction, we would have figured out what the problem was & made it right. Obviously, we can't fix a problem that we are not aware of. I don't know why we are just now, in February, being notified of a problem that apparently occurred last October (almost r months ago) since the wood-burning season is over & we are unable to do anything about it. I am confused as to why this wasn't brought to our attention at the time it occurred."
