I would never use him again. He is always complaining when you try to get him to come to your house. The water softener and filter system that he installed was a disaster. It was very expensive and did not work. It started leaking and it ended up all over the basement. I ended up doing a major clean up myself. He never came out to look at it or to give me a refund. The experience with him was terrible.

Not good. It just didn't work. I would call the company and tell them that it was not working and would ask them to come fix it. There's one guy that handles it all and he doesn't feel like doing anything. Even though the unit was not functioning, he would not come out to fix it. Then it started to leak, so I called a left a message for him to just come take it out. For a while it was just a little leak, but then it turned into a serious leak. Half of my downstairs carpet was ruined. I turned it into my homeowners and I had a $500 deductible. I got ahold of a plumber and just had to take the unit out and throw it into the trash.
