I was happy to have Derek so involved with the work that was being done. He stopped by to make sure the job was progressing as it should and to explain to us what was being done. I was relieved that he worked with the insurance company to make sure that they covered the expenses involved in getting what we needed.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
Dean worked with our insurance company to get our roof replaced, other contractors could not. Professional, on time, with excellent clean-up. Even washed new skylights! Highly Recommended.

Kitchen - Remodel
Great experience. Did a whole main floor overhaul inclusive of removing a wall. I knew exactly what I wanted and they listened and offered great suggestions and recommendations. The process along the way was great. The project management was second to none with a full project plan prior to starting and they stayed on top of it the whole way. I knew exactly what was happening each day. In the end, I worked with great people and the kitchen turned out better than I even imagined. I will definitely be reaching out when we start our next project!

Dercon worked with us to create the open kitchen/dining/living room area that we had dreamed of. Ryan and Dean really listened to what we wanted. They were willing to explore options that allowed us to include all of the vital pieces of our project. Any challenges that we encountered along the way were efficiently resolved. The entire team was professional and so fun to work with. We highly recommend them!

The project took 3 months to complete. People subcontracted to complete with work were not familiar with TimberTech decking. Due to lack of knowledge some reworking was required to complete the project. Dean Marquette was responsive to resolve issues to mutual satisfaction. The project cost more than initial estimate but would contact the company for future projects.

We had the Roof, siding, gutters, garage doors and other repairs made by Dercon after the hail damage last June. I was one of the 1st in the neighborhood to have all my work completed. It was done to my satisfaction. All of my appointments were kept. They never jacked me around.

I noticed that I had some rotted fascia and wanted it replaced in the most economical manner. I brought in 3 pros to quote, Dercon was the only company that got back to me or was willing to tackle such a relatively small project. I was impressed that they actually listened to me and quoted for exactly what I wanted, nothing more or less. The quote was right within my budget for the project and they fit me in their busy schedule quickly. The project management was excellent with regular communication to keep me in the loop of the status. The rotted fascia was replaced, some chimney flashing was replaced, and a good portion of the gutters were replaced that were damaged when removed. The final invoice was the same as initial quote. I will not hesitate to hire this company for my next project and I highly recommend them. I dealt with Derek Marquette and Ryan Kelly; both get high marks from me and you'll do well to work with them.

DERCON Constructions Services did excellent work on my home refurbishment project. Our initial meeting started with presentation of license and insurance documents, a great sign of professional business conduct. Then we did a walkthrough for review of the needed work with exchange of ideas for materials and process. The work; new exterior trim, front porch ceiling and stairs/railings, full house roof shingling, rear stair riser replacement, all new rain gutters/leaf covers, and painting of porch columns/rails; went extremely well. Project management was excellent with all work started and done on schedule. The work was done by very skilled and personable people. I strongly recommend DERCON for your project too.

Douglas was knowledgeable and stayed on top of the whole project, start to finish. A real pleasant person to deal with, The sujpervisor of the project, Shaun, was detailed and pleasant. All in all, a great experience with this company and I would definitely recommend them.

I woke one mornig to water coming through the ceiling, flooded kitchen and water in the basement I got their name through HomeAdvisors and called immediately. They were there within the hour and had a restoration team in the house an hour later. Bruce came in and really helped me through all the details. He helped with everything. Getting a restoration team in there prevented more damage from mold, etc. Our new kitchen looks amazing. Each and every team member was gracious, professional and very easy to work with. They will be on speed dial for anything else we need for the house. Thank you DERCON for being there when I needed help on such short notice. Thank you Bruce, Nolan, Derrick, Alec, and the rest of the crew.

Bathroom Remodel
I had a master bathroom remodel done in January 2016. The price was very reasonable for the project. Dean and his crew were friendly, knowledgeable, and able to complete the project in a timely matter. They assisted in helping me coordinate the design and had answers to all my questions. They even did some custom work that I needed. I highly recommend him! -

Kitchen - Remodel
My project was an entire kitchen gut & remodel. The end result is beautiful! Dean, owner of Dercon, is wonderful to work with. I could easily communicate with him at any time via phone, email, text or in person. He cares and is a hard worker. I highly recommend him and his entire team! I'm so happy that I found a contractor who has knowledge and experience, cares that the job gets done and gets done correctly, stays until the job get done. Being a novice at remodeling/construction the communication could have been better regarding minor details, but overall the project went very, very well.
