I called Pat last week sometime, and he put me on his list to contact when he'd be coming out to spray (it's weather-dependent). He called yesterday and said he'd be coming out today, so I gave him the go-ahead. He came out about an hour ago and it took him about 30 minutes to finish. He seemed very thorough, and explained that the spray does not affect mammals. I'm going to use him again in the fall. Note -- he was surprised when I mentioned the Angie's List discount...he honored it, but mentioned that he hadn't given his explicit approval to Angie's List yet. I'm grateful he honored it!

Pat came out within an hour of my initial call, same day. Professional, knowledgeable, prompt, efficient and effective treatment and removal of wasps that had built a home in a garden wooden retaining wall and removal of a large wasp nest in a bird feeder. Would definitely recommend and hire again if needed.
