VERY PUNCTUAL FROM THE INITIAL CALL TO THE SERVICE CALL/REPAIR VISIT. VERY PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, CLEANED UP. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND FOR CARPET REPAIR AND WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION.

GARY COOPER WAS VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING US PICK OUT THE COLOR, STYLE AND KIND OF CARPET TO HAVE IN A HOME WITH A LOT OF KIDS. THE INSTALLERS WERE RIGHT ON TIME, DID A GREAT JOB AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. WE LOVE THE JOB THEY DID.
