My services were done by Krista. She knows exactly how to handle fine thinning hair on women. I consistently leave my appointments loving how she has done my hair.

I have had waxing services with many, many other providers, including very expensive ones, so it's not like this would be a new experience for me, but this was nothing short of amazing. I am very used to walking in, they put a little wax on, they rip it off, put a little cream on and you're done. Callie was so different, in a very, very good way. It really felt like a spa experience. She got me a bottle of water to sip on, prepped my brows, went through exactly what I wanted, was the gentlest technician I've ever had and did an amazing and careful job trimming and shaping the brows. And I don't even have crazy eyebrows that require that much extra attention. It was hands down the best job anyone has ever done, the most care anyone has ever taken and it was still extremely reasonable in cost and absolutely worth every penny. I live rather far and there are many salons in between, but for my waxing needs and any other spa services, I'll be going back to them.

I felt like they listened to what I needed for my hair and they were knowledgeable enough to do it. They really listened and did a great job.
