The project went very well. Planning was very thorough and communication was excellent. Also, the workmanship was top-notch, done with pride.
The office project consisted of finishing out a room in the lower level of my townhome. The work consisted of adding a wall (for a storage area behind the office) and extending another wall (separating the utility area from the office), electrical, cable, sheetrocking, flooring, installing a door, woodwork trim, painting, texturized ceiling, and flooring. Overall, the project went vey well. Everything was done as expected with great results. One thing that I was really impressed by was how communicative the owner was about progress of the work and suggestions for the project during planning.
The bedroom project consisted of adding a door between a bedroom and a bathroom. Again, this went as expected. The finish work on the carpentry was excellent. In addition, I asked to have the bedroom painted during the project because I just did not have the time to do it. The quality of the paint job is excellent and was done in a much shorter time than i could have done it.
Because of the close communication we are able to match woodwork and door hardware with the original doors and hardware in the house, so it all looks like original construction.
