Replaced my furnace at a great price. I really appreciate the quality of the work that was completed and the guys who installed it. the office really helped me file my rebates as well.

They did a great job, and fast. Replacing duct work in our attic was a miserable job due to the very tight spaces and awkward locations, but they got it done fast, efficiently and were friendly folks.

I really wanted to give this company a good review. Unfortunately, due to what I believe to be laziness on their part the job was not done correctly and I got stuck with the bill. They gave me a quote to add 3 vents to my upper half story including 1 return and 2 supplies. They didn't do measuring or look into the city code prior to the quote or the work, they gave me other options such as an independent system and expected me to choose the other options. The two employees started opening walls without proper measuring and planning for where all three were going to go. Long story short I ended up with two large extra holes my walls and only 2 supplies (instead of the 2 supplies and 1 return as quoted). They did not follow code and the inspector had to come back extra times. They attempted to make it right but when I asked them to discount because they could only give me 2 instead of 3 they stated they couldn't because of all the extra work. It was completely their fault there was any extra work in the first place! I got stuck paying the whole thing because they threatened to not sign the lien release. They have horrible customer service and are terrible at keeping the customer updated on the status of the job.

Work went well, however the pricing of the job went poorly.
