I hired James earlier this year to replace flooring and a door in my basement bedroom that I wanted to convert to a home office. From the beginning, James was professional and courteous, and his communication was excellent. I am a female and in my thirties, and home remodeling of any kind is not in my realm of expertise, so I really appreciated that James explained things to me thoroughly without being condescending. He gave me a quote upfront and stuck to that price. He also put me in touch with one of his vendors so I could pick out the flooring, and I was very happy with that company. James and his brother removed the old carpeting and installed the new LVP flooring and it turned out perfectly. He also went through the trouble of finding the office door that I wanted instead of me searching for something on my own. I had done my research on the door I wanted, and what James found matched what I was expecting in looks, quality, and price. He also kindly gave me advice on some things I decided to tackle on my own (caulking, sanding, etc.) and that was appreciated. During the time I spent with James, I found him to be very meticulous in his work, which was reflected in the final product of my room. I am so happy with how everything turned out, and I would absolutely hire him again if I ever have any remodeling needs.

We originally contacted James to help us widen our bathroom door to allow for wheel chair access. We have limited space, so it was a bit of a puzzler. After considering options James came up with the idea of a barn door. This allowed us to widen the door enough for access, and also do minor upgrades without breaking the bank! We also had James install LVT in our lower level. Great job all the way around. Great to work with

The work was done professionally and the work was done in 2 1/2 days. Top quality parts were used and the workers did an excellent job. Jim, the company owner did a thorough check at my house to see what needed to be done and he gave me good advice about installing air vents under the soffets which my son installed. All debris from the job was removed from the premise in a quick manner. I was very pleased with the results of the job. Excellent work!

It went extremely well. They were well coordinated and there were no hassles. They were an extremely professional crew. They were very timely and completed the job well within an acceptable time frame. My neighbor was so impressed he had them put a roof on his house too. I have recommended them to several people.

His prices were very reasonable. He did excellent work. He was very accommodating, personable and professional.

All work was done in a timely manner, but weather conditions extended the completion date.  He was very professional, called if he was unable to make an appointment to resume working on home.

Tore off two layers of shingles quickly and replaced roof in one day due to weight restrictions on streets.  Continued with soffits, fascia and installation of new seamless gutters. 

Made sure all shingles, nails, and debris was removed from yard.  Came back after all work was completed to make sure we were satisfied with his work and leave the paper work.
