+ -1 moreTHEY WERE PROFESSIONAL ON THE PHONE. PROMPT, FRIENDLY AND SIMPLY AND CAPABLY CHECKED ALL POSSIBILITIES. PRICE WAS REASONABLE, AND WE WEREN'T CHARGED FOR MUCH OF THE CHECK UP HE DID FOR US.
Description of Work: WE HAD A FURNACE LIGHT (PILOT) THAT WOULDN'T STAY LIT, THUS NO HEAT. WE CALLED HIM ON A SUNDAY MORNING TO ASK HIM HIS ADVICE (WE'VE USED HIM BEFORE). HE CAME OUT WITHIN 30 MINUTES. CLEANED AND CHECKED EVERYTHING IN THE FURNACE AND TESTED. WE HAD HEAT WITHIN AN HOUR AND A HALF.
