Their hauling services are excellent but the communication and customer service from their center is very bad. They have a toll-free customer service number, and they have an automated answering service. They have a tree that I have to go through, and it is impossible to navigate. I am on hold for at least 20 minutes every time I call. I don't get connected to the right people when I choose an option, or may be their descriptions aren't very good. Their people are either unable or unwilling to help me. It is unfortunate because their local people do a good job, but their customer support is absolutely lousy.
