Alterations/Sewing/Decorating
I was originally told that they would replace my zipper for $30 and it would take about a week. I was very surprised when they called me within three days saying my jacket was finished and ready to pick up. When I went in to pick it up I was told they couldn't find a purple zipper for replacing so they looked at the zipper pull and were able to simply replace the zipper pull and no need for a new zipper. The cost was much less than quoted - only $5. The new zipper pull works great and it was a perfect fix for my jacket.
