We had a problem with our other vehicle and had taken it to other auto repair places in Alex. no one could find out what the problem was. I called Ray and told him what was going on. He found the problem and fixed it. The problem was a high pitch squeal under the hood.
We have been going to his shop every since. He has fixed everything we needed done. He also has advised us on a purchase of a truck for my husband.
"I believe the customer is not making the correct comparison on the manufacturer's website. The tire part #01701 size 215/60/16 - 95T-rated mastercraft/cooper strategy. The T-rated comes with 60,000 miles warranty by mastercraft/cooper but since I am a Tire One dealer it extends the T-rated warranty to 65,000 miles. This was explained to the customer at the time of purchase. There are V & H rated tires that are only 45,000 miles warranty by mastercraft that Tire One extends to 50,000 miles but the customer purchased the T-rated tires. Since Tire One was bought out by US Auto Force, US Auto Force still honors all previous warranties on these tires for 65,000 miles for the customer."
Because of this instance I am taking my vehicle to Nokomis Auto for all things Auto - oil changes, tire rotations etc.
