Everything went smooth except Traine AC unit was damaged in shipping container.  They identified problem and obtained new unit.  Pleasant, helpful staff!  Job was completed to my full satisfaction.  Only outstanding item is rebates from Centerpoint & REA which they filed for us.  Cleanup & disposal of old units was handled well.  I obtained competitive bids and they were 10% below others.  Reviewed bids with contractors to assure comparable equipment in bidding.

It went very good. I called and set up a appointment and in a week they were there just as told. The gentleman that came was very nice and very informational with me.

It was an evening and my renter called to say the water wouldn't shut off in the shower. The serviceman was there immediately, shut the water off, replaced the parts all within a couple of hours. I use this company all the time because I can rely on them to get any job done in a timely and professional manner.

Josh gave us a quote of about 4 hours to getting the system working properly.  He finished in less time than that

 so the cost was less than his quote.  He went over the system with us and explained how everything is suppose to work including different heating and cooling zones in the house.  The A/C system works well and there is air flow throughout the whole house.



We are very satisfied with Ellingson Plumbing, Heating, A/C, & Electrical.  Their Geo-Therm Technician, Josh knew what he was doing, offered several ideas on how to repair the system and more importantly, made the repairs within the prescribed time and price quote.

Overall, Ellingson's have always provided a prompt, reliable service for plumbing, heating, a/c and electrical work.  Besides doing all of the plumbing and heating work at my business, I have had them do numerous other projects at my home and have referred them to customers of mine as well.  I have occasionally heard people say that they are expensive, but you get what you pay for!!

Called Ellingson's and they responded in a timely manner (a few hours). Verified with us the age of softener and determined it was worth fixing. Order part and return to complete repair.

When checking for gas leaks after installing the heater, a gas leak was
found in the fireplace line.  Went the extra mile in checking for leaks
and repairing the fireplace line leak.
Service is prompt, on time, and Professionaly performed.

They arrived at the agreed time,did the work they quoted,did cleanup.Also asked if we had any questions about the work performed.It was a fantastic job by everyone involved.We will defenitely use them and also recomend them to everyone in the future.

Ellingson is a good company overall and does exceptional work.  However, their prices are quite high and they only deal in Trane.  Due to time constraints and availability of service, I had no other options.  There was some work not completed per estimate and layout, but upon contact the company was very willing to make it right.  Great work, good product, great availability.
Just be ready with the pocket book.  I literally had a bill in my mailbox the same day the crew left!  Another came 3 days later!  Their billing department is certainly quick service as well.  This kind of put me off.  The mail couldn't have even gotten to them before they sent a second bill...that seemed a bit ridiculous.

Once we got the parts, it went well. There was some difficulty getting the parts in, but I don't really blame them for that.  It was over a week from when we had them out first to look at it. I thought that they were very professional and were very careful in our house. I have a very good opinion of the people and their service.

We have a lake shore cabin and it was built in 1930.  It is vintage and it has a lot of plumbing needs. They have always done nice work.  They are expensive but they are reliable. They have the key to the cabin so they can close it off in the winter if we need them to or start it off in the summer.  I really trust them.  They were very professional. Every time I have problem I call them. They installed the ductless air conditioner and they did a good job.  It is beautiful and I would have not trusted anybody else with this leaning cabin.  They did a marvellous job. They are very professional.
