I went there looking for a new fridge..I knew I would have to special order due to the size I needed.  I have a rental property that needed a new one due to theirs having issues. so I figured I would get the new one for my place.  The sales guy ordered me one and said it would be there in 3 days which was fine as the other one was still working good enough. Well the 3 days came and went and not a word from sales guys  so I called the next day and was told it didn't get on the truck and was promised it would be there the following Mon. this was on a thurs.  Monday comes around  and no word again....so I call again  and was told this time that their supplier wouldn't have one ready for at least another week. by this time the fridge at my rental quit working and had to be repaired.  I went to the store and asked to speak to a manager . I told him what was going on and he checked things out and said there was nothing they could do because it was the suppliers fault..but they could give me a fridge to use till it came. Now keep in mind I was never offered a fridge to use before this and I was promised my fridge at a certain date..I was not offered a discount or free set up and delivery. nothing !!!!!  they should never have promised me it would be there at a certain date..and I should have been offered the use of onr right away. not after I spent money fixing the old one.  I also am a business owner and would not be in business very long if this is how I treated my customers :(  I will never buy from them again.
