Our bill keeps rising every month it seems. Internet itself is fast, but we have a lot of DNS errors. That causes no connectivity.

I had signed up for their introductory rate for 2 years. At the end of the 2 year rate my bill went up about $15.00. I called them to see if they would negotiate their rate with no luck. I canceled my service with them.
