The TV was still under Extended Warranty, but we were still upset that it had developed this problem after only 2 1/2 years. After contacting the Warranty Dept. of Walmart, they set us up with BK Electronics who contacted us immediately and set up an appointment time for the next day.
BK Electronics is self-owned, and Mr. Casavan showed up on time, knew exactly what the problem was, removed the back of the TV and fixed the offending part immediately. He was extremely courteous and efficient.
