ALEXANDRIA'S ANIMAL DOCTOR

I brought my Tibetan Terrier here last week for a groom. Was told it would be $45. I showed the groomer a photo of another client's dog and she said "I can do that." I told her she wouldn't be doing much trimming because I wanted him long the way he was. The two things I specifically mentioned were 1) do not cut his beard and 2) leave his feet long. When I picked him up, those are the exact two things she had ignored. She cut his beard and cut his feet short. The rest of him is long. He looks fat and out of proportion and it will take a while for his beard grow back and for him to look like the breed again. Also, my bill was $101! They charged $49 for the grooming, and $62 for kennel cough treatment. I had agreed to kennel cough but was not told an exam would be required and billed on top of this. I was so upset I couldn't talk. I gave them a chance to make it right by trimming his body shorter so he was back in proportion and they are telling me that they will not do this at no charge. Terrible customer service! I will never go back and will tell everyone about my experience.
