We had a great experience from start to finish. Yarik was great at communicating with us so we knew all we needed to know. They are friendly, do great work, fair pricing and prompt. The area was cleaned up after they finished like they had never been there other than a great looking shed! We will definitely hire them in the future when the need arises. Thank you Super Siders!

The customer service was top notch. The person who answered the phone was able to schedule someone to be at our house within a half an hour of the initial phone call. The technician, Yarik, was professional, courteous and friendly. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to solve my problem. I would definitely recommend this company.

Douglas was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the solution to our leaking roof. What he originally estimated about a 45-minute job actually ended up being more like 3 hours. He accomplished this without any increase in the price of repair. Not only did he fix our leak but he cleaned out our gutters too! As he was leaving our neighbor and their young son came over, Douglas gave him a coloring book with a pack of crayons! I know it's just customer service but it made an impression on us and the little boy!

We hired Super Siders for replacement of our roof and siding. The project VERY went well from start to finish. Every step of the project was completed and communicated in a quick and timely manner. This company knows customer service! I would recommend them to anyone!

Their crew worked quickly like a well oiled machine, and even did a lot of detailing. Put new roofs on my house, garage, and shed, in one day. Also did an excellent job cleaning up. This business subcontracted the roof repair/replacement on my pole barn. The work was shoddy and 3 months later I'm still picking up roofing nails. Metal panels were used that were not meant for the purpose that they were used for.I would never use this company again. Of course this is just my humble opinion.

Super Siders was amazing! From start to finish they were above and beyond anything we would have expected from a service stand point. Doug Cossette II is an amazing contact. He was prompt to reply to us and very helpful from the estimate through the claim process with our insurance company. Russ Winslow helped also and was terrific. Totally use these guys. Doug and crew installed cedar lap siding and underneath water barrier on a side in a building within a townhouse complex. Very impressed with the finished product and many homeowners commented on how well the siding looked. Very impressed with the focus on customer satisfaction with Doug observant on meeting our needs and preferences while still maintaining his excellent quality control over the project. I was very fortunate to find Douglas (Super Siders) through Home Advisor website for siding repair work on my house. Douglas returned my call within 4 hours. He stopped by my house the same day to assess the needed repair and competed the work within a week as he promised. Douglas was very understanding and helpful. The quality of the work was excellent. I was very impressed with his response time and his professionalism. I highly recommend Douglas and Super Siders to anyone should they need any siding or roofing work.

I had the fortunate experience of working with Douglas from Super Siders on a project I called him for. I found his business on Google and had a return call within 24 hours. Douglas was very friendly, understanding and helpful, but most impressive, was his honesty. He was at my house for an estimate and repaired my siding that same day. It was done quick, well and looked great. I truly was impressed. I also found out that he was my go-to-man if I needed a variety of other jobs done. Deck repair...painting...electrical...and the list goes on. I normally don't do reviews because it takes to much time and effort to decide what to say and write. Most contractors that I've had to deal with were not very personable, but I found myself very comfortable chatting with Douglas and I will definitely call Super Siders again when I need more work done. Thank you again for your services :)
