I've had these folks install many Marvin windows and one fiberglass door in our house previously and been very happy with their work (even though price is higher than many). This time so many problems with order (several items were made incorrectly or flawed and since they are delivered to home, problems are not known until install date), took several months to complete simple job. Also, installer spent about 20 minutes or more of contracted time talking with my neighbor (ignoring me), then left me to do 80% or more of the patching necessary around the door. Last time door and walls were prepped for painting by installers. Customer service has really slipped, felt blamed for their mistakes. Contracted work out makes noticeable difference.
