Scott and his crew were very kind, and did great work. The only main issue we had was in the beginning and middle: from when our contractor contacted them, to when Scott contacted us and came over and looked at what needed to be done. We were told in about 1 1/2 weeks the work would be done, but when we did not hear from him again after 3 weeks, we called him and he did call us back right away and get the work done in a timely fashion. A window broke as they tried to get it in place, but they said they'd stop by the following Monday, as this was a Friday, and replace it and they did get here when they said they would. No cost to us because our insurance paid for it: I would hire them again, as I do believe they really were busy, but a courtesy call saying that they were booked and would get back to us at x day, would have been nice.
