Gary was available for my short notice. Arrived on time. Spent numerous hours going over the property inspecting everything. He took the time to document with photos and citation. He took short breaks to briefly explain to me in person any concerns as I decided to be onsite. Before the end of the day I was emailed the entire report as promised. I would highly recommend his services. Anytime you are seeking a service and you do not have to repeatedly call someone to receive that service is a bonus in my mind! He did what he said, he was professional and went above and beyond as this property was very unique!

Gary did well to adjust to the Covid situation. I believe the mark of a true quality business is someone who can form and adjust during a crisis. We were in need of an inspection on a house. He called us with an estimate. We were able to have add on services like checking the sewer line and radon levels. He then went in to do the inspection without us present and uploaded that day with the results. We then scheduled a GotoMeeting to go over the results. When we ran into a discrepancy in the vent system he consulted with other to get us the info we needed and then gave us advice on what to do next. It was easy to pay. At no point did he not show us professionalism. We appreciate this company's hard work.
