Installation of rebar was poor , It was not raised from the dirt level nor was it tied, simply laid on the ground. When I asked about this, I was told they have a "special rebar tying machine" to do that work. What a bunch of BS.
While cracking is expected/common with concrete curing It can be prevented if done properly, but there were no stress groves provided - only "zip' strips which cause random cracking and there are other cracks not aligned with the strips.
The one item I specifically asked for was for proper drainage. Unfortunately I did not specify this in the contract. The floor was suppose to slope to assist drainage. It is sloped until about 3 ft behind the garage doors. There it sags below the level of the drive so water puddles inside. This is a major problem in winter when the puddles freeze so there is ice inside the garage.
After multiple calls, the company has been unresponsive in multiple calls to address at least the sagging portion behind the garage doors. There has been absolutely zero response.
I would never recommend this company to anyone.
