Mattresses
Being that the mattress we needed was for a guest room, we were not looking for the most expensive or luxurious one on the sales floor. We chose a mid-priced Serta mattress. Paid for in full and agreed upon delivery in one week, 9/19/07. The mattress was not delivered as promised. Excuse was the paperwork got misplaced. Because we were going to be out-of-town, we rescheduled delivery for 10/1/07. Again because of some delay, mattress set was not delivered until 10/2/07. Although it may be standard practice, there was only one man to deliver the new mattress set and take away the old one. My husband had to help him get the mattresses in and out of the house.
