Kay's Cleaning

On August 27, two people arrived at our house: 44387 Bow Lane, Isle, MM. First, they reeked of smoke upon arrival. I had specifically stated the entire house has wood floors except the laundry and two bathrooms. They cleaned the floor with water and a heavy duty disinfectant (like spic and span). I walked into the room and water pooled in various areas of the floor. I was so angry thinking they may have ruined the floor surface. Since we were closing on the house that day, I was not able to return to determine, after the floors dried, if there was damage. I will check with the new owners, when they return from their trip, for their opinion. In Other areas of the house, there was dust, etc. where their cleaning tool did not go. I had specified windows were NOT to be cleaned as I had done them two days before. When they finished, they were streaky, which was the reason for NOT having them do it. I did not feel the bathrooms were cleaned very well and the list goes on and on.

Late. What she did clean was done very well but missed quite a bit. She had a helper that wasnt much better.

Kayla and Lilly cleaned my entire home that we just bought, had not been cleaned for 5 years by the previous owners who had 5 dogs and 1 very unhappy cat who peed everywhere. They even cleaned things I said to skip cuz I thought we would just have to throw it away! The oven was so nasty, Kayla cleaned it so well, it’s almost new!! Definitely recommend these young ladies! They will get dirty to get you clean!
