I had elderly in-laws that were having a guy from another company come in every year and re-charge their central air unit. It would cost them $125.00 a year and this went on for 5 or 6 years straight. I had Ferrara's come out and look at it and he said and quot;if you would fix this obvious leak they wouldn't have to pay this money every yearand quot;.
He only charged $80.00 to fix it and for the next five years they didn't have any problems.
