Pinkys was great. We had bought a foreclosure house and after a little checking around Pinkys was the company that had pumped our tanks in the past. They had excellent records and we were able to find out when they were last out to pump. They set up a time with us and we didn't even need to be around which was great. They were quick to respond, clean and very professional. We will definitely be using them in the future.

We called for service after 5 PM and they serviced our tanks the next morning. A problem was noted that was not part of Pinky's offerings. The serviceman recommended another company which repaired our broken pump the same day. We have used Pinky's in the past and will do so again.
Description of Work: Located buried tank openings and exposed the access points by digging through 8 inches of turf & soil. Pumped and rinsed two 1000 gallon septic tanks. Diagnosed problem of overflowing tanks.

Other than taking a while to get the service scheduled, it was a very good experience. He showed up on time to do the pumping. He also rinsed the tank and removed some tree roots. The price was fair and he seemed knowledgeable. I would use Pinky's in the future.
Description of Work: I had the tank for our sewer lift station pumped out. I was routine maintenance.

PINKY'S HAS BEEN VERY CONSISTENT IN COMING WHEN CALLED, AND GETTING THE WORK DONE, EVEN IN THE DEAD OF WINTER -- QUITE A CHALLENGE IN MINNESOTA. THEY USUALLY ARE OUT WITHIN A DAY OR TWO OF BEING CALLED.
Description of Work: WE ARE REQUIRED BY CITY ORDINANCE TO PUMP OUR SEPTIC TANKS AT LEAST EVERY OTHER YEAR. WE HAVE USED PINKY'S FOR YEARS. MOST IMPRESSIVE IS THAT THEY HAVE COME OUT IN THE WINTER AND FOUND THE 6' WIDE ACCESS COVER UNDER A COUPLE OF FEET OF SNOW.
