Veldheer Appliance Repair

Daniel Veldheer replied to my call and asked if he could come the following day. I asked if there was any way he could come the same day and he was able to fit me in. He called ahead of his arrival and when he arrived he already had the suspected part in hand. A quick analysis based on his experience revealed that the part he suspected was in fact what had failed. In all of 20 minutes he assessed the problem, disassembled the washer, replaced the part and reassembled it. It instantly worked the way it should. As a field engineer myself, I definitely appreciated his capability and skill. Final Analysis: The repair could not have gone any smoother; he was professional AND friendly; and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company for appliance repairs. Dan came out on time to investigate strange dryer noise. Disassembly did not reveal any anomalies. He suggested that we continue to use the dryer and that if the noise did not go away, he would return to clean and refurbish the dryer. The noise did not go away and Dan came back and discovered a disconnected obscure part in the vent system. No charge for the return visit. Dan appears knowledgeable about household appliances and their repair. He was very pleasant and worked efficiently. Definitely would use again or recommend to others.

Replaced washing machine part

Initially I called Northgate Appliance but they are so busy they only service appliances that they've sold. They referred me to Veldheer Appliance Repair. I called them in the morning and they arrived that same afternoon and fixed the washer within an hour. Labor was $55 and the part was $45 - a great deal as far as I'm concerned!

My neighbor let him in my cottage bec I couldn't be there. Now the neighbor says he will call this person when he needs appliance repair..

I orginally called Veldheer to repair a clothes washer dryer that was not working well. He met with me and advised not to repair the unit which was good advice since this model has had extensive production quality issues. He did try easy fixes like changing the timer in order to determine the issue; but in the end, the washer needed replacement not repair. Veldheer did not charge me for the service call so I used him again when I replaced by dishwasher. I had purchased the washer via a buying club and did not know when the unit would be arrive unil the last minute. He did a nice job installing the washer for me less than 48 hours after I recieved the unit and after he recieved my call.

All A's across the board, would use him again.

THEY WORKED VERY QUICKLY BUT AT THE SAME TIME THEY GOT THE JOB DONE RIGHT. THE PRICES WERE CHEAP AND AFFORDABLE. I LIKED THEIR EMPLOYEES. THEY WERE VERY KIND.

THEY WERE ON TIME, EFFICIENT. THEY WERE REASONABLY PRICED. THEY ARE VERY HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY. THEY LET ME KNOW THAT MY WASHER AND DRYER WOULD BE ABLE TO BE REPAIRED.

THEY DIDN'T LEAVE A MESS BEHIND THEM AT ALL. I BOUGHT ALL MY APPLIANCES FROM THEM. THEY ARE VERY AFFORDABLE AND REASONABLE. I RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS IN NEED OF APPLIANCE REPAIR.
