Mold was discovered in our attic during a routine real estate inspection. We contacted several companies to learn about their costs and procedures. Dennis at Green Home Solutions replied promptly and was up front about pricing. He came out within a few days to inspect our attic and gave us a firm estimate. On the day Dennis was scheduled to do the work he arrived on time and completed the job in one (very long) day. He made certain the area around the access point was clean before he left. Within a couple of days after completing the work he provided us with before/after pictures and the documentation the lender requested. He also provided a two year guarantee. Without hesitation we would recommend Green Home Solutions.

The experience was great. Dennis came out and looked at the issue first hand before even going into details on what will have to be done. He came in on a Saturday and spent most of the day in the attic taking care of the problem. Could hardly hear him while doing his work. When he was done he let us know. Came out a week later to run post-air tests. Dennis did a great job and I would recommend him to anybody that needs his service.
