Chris was punctual and communicative the job. He and his assistant did a poor job cleaning up after themselves but everything looked great when finished. However, the concrete wasn't property sealed and the floor buckled. We had to buy another box of flooring and Chris repaired the buckled section. A few months later it buckled again. We had another installer come out and he pointed out that all of the flooring was cupped from moisture. We have a dehumidifier in the space since day one and kept it at 50% so it was definitely coming up through the for. We now need to have the entire floor replaced.

I had ordered carpet for my rental property, and when the carpet was delivered, the contractor to install it did not show up. I found Chris online, and he was able to get to the job in just a matter of days.

Chris was polite, professional and priced right, and I am actually glad the other contractor didn't do the job. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone!!!

Did not go well. This is why:
First Install Appointment in November 2014:
 1. Tiles were not placed properly, uneven placement of grout and spacing of the tiles
2. Tiles came up and were loose
3. Grout discolored throughout the floor (was not sealed properly)
4. Did not remove grout on tiles, 1/4 of the tiles have a permanent residue
5. Did not put the doors back on the laundry room and broke the hinges
6. Did not put the trim back on the correct walls and around appliances; resulting having to have a handyman come in and fix both     the door hinges and fix the trim (not including having to paint the walls and trim)
Note: I contacted Chris to come out to try and fix the trim issues, but still did not look good.
That's when I contacted a handy-man/painter to fix.

June 2014: Contacted Chris letting him know about the grout and loose tile. Chris greed to fix.

Second Appointment to fix Grout and Loose Tile, June 19, 2014:

1. Grout was a different color throughout the foyer, kitchen and dining room.
2. Grout was not cleaned up on the tile and splattered on the trim.
3. Chipped the paint on the trim.
4. Broke tile and filled it in with grout
My fiance noticed the broken tile before Chris left and mentioned it to him. Chris said that he would have to come out again. Chris did not bring it to his attention. When I got home from work, I noticed the grout being different colors throughout the floor. Chris said that he didn't have enough grout and so he said that he would have a different guy come out to fix. I sent Chris via text a few photos of the issues that I wanted corrected. Also, asked if I could have this fixed before July 3rd. Since I did not hear back from him, I asked him if I needed to pursue this as a legal issue. His response was ... OK, enjoy.
Would like to add that these photos appear that my home is an older home, but it is only 9 years old.
This has been my experience with Chris.

Note: Chris's job came with a one-year warranty.
