My quote was $190 low. They sent a guy to measure. He knew we had carpet to remove, yet Carla didn’t include that on the quote so I ended up with a surprise when I paid off my balance. I never had an issue with them before. They use to be professional.

Good quick and got right out Monday morning I scheduled it Friday at 3 pm

Great experience and would definitely use them again. We visited the showroom first and I especially appreciated that the associates let us wander the store a little before we came back and had someone assist us with some questions on some of the carpet we liked. The sales person was helpful and installation was problem free.
We're very happy with the carpet we chose and wish we would've used them a few years ago when we had a couple other rooms done. We plan on calling them back when we decide to replace the carpet in the rest of the rooms.

The service at Carpet Bonanza was great. They were responsive when I asked questions, and otherwise left me alone to choose what I wanted, which is what I prefer. The salesman was very helpful, and technically knowlegeable.
Scheduling was very easy, and I didn't have to wait long to get an appointment for installation.
On the day(s) of installation, the installers were on time. They verified that what they were installing is what I ordered, down to the name, color, and number. These guys knew what they were doing. They efficiently stipped off the old floorcoverings in the kitchen and put in the new linoleum. The baseboards went up too. Then they cleaned up after themselves as well. The next day they did the basement, and the same procedure was followed.
I would use these guys again in a heartbeat. The price is competitive, the people are great to work with.

They were able to meet the deadline I needed.  Randy was very helpful in helping us pick out the right carpet.
The installer was great and the carpet looks better than I could have expected.

We have used Carpet Bonanza many times over the years. This time, we were looking at hard flooring options for our kitchen and dining room. 
ling them to us. We worked with Ann, who was wonderful. We had one of the installers come out and measure the area, and he was very nice and professional. Ann was very prompt with quotes, calling and emailing them to us.
We did end up purchasing in stock laminate flooring cash and carry to install ourselves.

They are a big carpet people. They have alot of options to choose from. They are very good. Their wide variety is something to look into.

They have a great reputation. I had a good experience with them. They are probably one of the busiest but are very honest and experienced.

THEY OFFERED TO MOVE ALL OF THE FURNITURE THEN INSTALL THE CARPET WHICH I THOUGHT WAS GREAT. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE TO MY HOME AND GET LOTS OF COMPLIMENTS ON THE CARPET THAT WAS INSTALLED.

THE PRICE THAT THEY GAVE US WAS VERY REASONABLE AND I WAS GLAD FOR THAT. I ALSO LIKED THE FACT THAT THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND DID NOT TRY TO SELL US ANYTHING THAT WE DID NOT NEED.

WHEN THEY ARRIVED TO INSTALL THE CARPET I TOLD THEM IT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. THEY TOLD ME IT WAS FINAL AND THEY CALL THE STORE AND THE STORE CONFIRMED IT WAS THE WRONG CARPET. AFTER SIX MONTHS THEY FINALLY GOT THE RIGHT STUFF AND GOT IN INSTALLED.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. THEY WERE ALSO RESPONSIBLE AND RELIABLE. THEY WERE EFFICIENT. THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT AND WORKMANSHIP WERE COMMENDABLE.

I LOVED THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WERE WILLING TO HELP ME MOVE MY FURNITURE OUT OF THE ROOM AND BACK INTO THE ROOM WHEN THEY WERE DONE LAYING THE CARPET. THEY DID THIS WITHOUT CHARGING ME.

THEY CAME IN MOVED THE FURNITURE AND PUT IT BACK IN PLACE WHILE I WAS GONE. THEY HAD A LOT OF GREAT COLORS TO CHOOSE FROM. I LIKE HOW CLEAN THEY DID THIS GREAT JOB.

THEY WHERE THERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. THEY WERE VERY QUICK AND NEAT WHILE INSTALLING. I LIKED THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK AND CARPET. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

I THINK THEY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB ON THE CARPETS. THEY WERE VERY NICE PEOPLE. THE PRICES WERE NOT TOO HIGH. THE OVERALL RATING I CAN GIVE THEM IS AN A. I WOULD HAVE THEM OUT AGAIN.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY GOT RIGHT TO WORK AND DID EVERYTHING IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY WERE NEAT AND DIDN T WASTE ANY TIME. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THEIR SERVICE.
