Provider was able to come a day earlier than originally scheduled (which was good) and they showed up at the early end of the estimated arrival time. Fixed the washing machine problem and checked out the gas dryer to make sure it was in good (and safe) working order. They also cleaned out the dryer vent and he crawled underneath the deck to make sure the exterior vent was clear and in good working order.

I was so relieved Terry came right out since my refrigerator had totally stopped cooling. I was happy with the fast responce and the knowledge of the repairman.

EVERY OTHER COMPANY THAT I CALLED TOLD ME THAT THEY COULD NOT FIX IT AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO BUY A NEW REFRIGERATOR. THEY CAME RIGHT OUT AND FIXED IT ON THE SPOT. THEY SAVED ME A LOT OF MONEY.
