We have used TJ's the last couple of years for Fall leaf clean-up and were very happy with their very thorough clean-up. However, this year they let us down and were completely unprofessional.
We scheduled a leaf collection for November back in October and due to weather they were unable to come. They then promised to come on another day and did not show up. We called to see when they would be able to come next and out of no where the owner started yelling and being combative. We tried to reason with him and say there was no reason to yell and that we had used him the last couple of years and he simply said' and quot;I don't need customers like youand quot; and promptly hung up.
Will never use them again due to the aforementioned unprofessional behavior.

Very thorough. The lawn looks super sharp when they're done. They do a good job keeping an eye on the weather and the grass and only come when needed (or when requested if I want more). Their team comes in and gets everything done amazingly quickly yet with good attention to detail.
