High quality, very reasonable price, no upscale, honest.

Great! Serg was very professional in explaining the process, pricing, and measuring for the new countertops. The crew that brought the countertops were very fussy about getting them installed correctly and I appreciated that so much! Measuring took place on a Friday and the installation occurred the following Wednesday. It all looks so wonderful and I'm very pleased with Royal Granite.

All went very well. I had pervasively reported that they broke the corners of a drawer on the bathroom vanity and I was shown that the drawer was made that way.  It was an error on my husband's behalf and not on Royal Granite.  They graciously offered to replace any item they we're responsible for damaging.  i highly recommend this company and it was third this using their services.

It went well with exception to 2 back drawer corners being broken on the vanity.  The response time was less than 5 days and installation was within a weeks time.  They were prompt and thorough.  The countertops look fantastic.  I also had my bedroom furniture tops done, dresser, chest & night stands.  They all look very nice and I ma pleased.

Similar to the other review where the reviewer gave a "C", the quality of the work isn't great. The bevel is uneven. It's as if they don't use polishing pads that are capable of of polishing a high shine. The counters are not only dull, they have pits and cracks on the surface. When I run my hand across the counter, I can feel the imperfections. This not the quality of work you would get from Home Depot or some other big box store. I wouldn't expect it from a specialty retailer either.

I spent roughly $2000. I chose them because of a combination from the reviews on Angie's List and referrals from other people who have had work done by them. The price is why I chose them but my wife wasn't really happy with their work. So I don't know if I would recommend them. Their price is competitive and they did the work that was agreed but the quality should be monitored.

He did quality work, and we are very happy with the installation.  Only negative is that he just called and announced he was coming the same day.  Since I put the cabinets in myself there were a couple of things that needed to be done still (like a furring strip across the wall to support counter in back of dishwasher space).  He then complained about this not being done along with a couple of other details.  Again, these would have been done if I had known when he was coming.  Sorry, but if you're going to show up unannounced, you can't expect those things to be done.  At the end of the day, we were happy with the work.

Excellent job!  The countertops look fantastic and the work was completed very quickly.  The owner also noticed that our wooden supports for the seated bar area were not able to bear the weight of the granite and replaced them with steel supports, which we appreciate.  His crew was very professional.  I plan to use them again when we update our bathroom counters.

Very professional.  I drove out to Novi to select my granite rather than relying on such a small sample.  Everything went very well and I am really pleased with the outcome.

Completely satisfied.  Very helpful in selecting granite and specifying job.  Always punctual, conscious of cleanliness and provided quality result.  Agreed to time installations to accommodate the plumbing work that I did myself.  Couldn't recommend more highly!

Excellent.  They came out when they said they would, three workers went at it very efficiently and I am very happy with their work.

The owner arrived with two additional men right on time. They immediately went to work removing the old counter top and within three hours I had a beautiful granite counter top. Everything looked great and their excellent work compelled me to write my first Angie's List review!
