These guys were awesome. We went through some diagnostics over the phone to no avail. The next day they came out and replaced my opener. It took about an hour and was very reasonably priced. Also, they were super nice. Highly recommended.

Excellent. Rob's partner Jim came out with a helper and said it was the wheels & spring. They fixed it within 45 min. & now it purrs like a kitten. They are very easy to work with, show up on time and are very friendly & know their business. Will not hesitate to call for any other garage issues that crop up in the future!!

Great! Rob came out (after hours!) and repaired a door that I was sure would need to be replaced. He saved us a fair amount of money, and the fix looks like it will hold for some time. This will allow us to shop for the door we want. I can't say just how pleased I was with Rob's professionalism, knowledge, and genuine concern for service.

The garage door would not stay down after closing.  Spoke with Rob and we made an appointment for an inspection the following morning.  Rob arrived early in the time frame given me and was professional, courteous and thorough in his inspection and explanation of the problem.  He returned the following morning to install a new opener.  I would recommend his services and would use him again should the occasion arise.

Called around 1:30 p.m. after discovering a broken spring was preventing my garage door from opening. Rob was here by 2 and had it fixed by 3. Highly recommend giving him a call if you have issues.

I called Rob about 9:30 Saturday morning hoping for a Monday repair of a broken spring on a very heavy wooden garage door.  Rob said he'd have to order the springs and expected he could replace both springs on Monday.  About a half hour later he called back and said he could probably get the springs today (Saturday) and possibly repair the door in the early afternoon. He asked me to send pictures of the springs.  That being done he ordered the springs, picked them up Saturday morning in Detroit and scheduled the repair for the afternoon in Saline.  On the second coldest day of the year, Rob went out of his way to get the uncommon springs for the door and repaired it that day within 5 hours of my call.  Talk about service, I could not be more impressed.  He did not charge extra for the Saturday service call just the normal rates for replacing wood door springs.  Not only did he replace the springs, he fixed a couple of other issues and lubricated everything.  Great job, great service more than appreciated on a very cold Saturday afternoon.  Thanks Rob.

Rob came out the day after being called, and then installed everything the day after that.  It was great to get such fast service in the winter, when a manually-opened door is highly inconvenient.  Everything was done well, and done on time.  He programmed the existing outside keypad.  He even replaced the sensors on a second door.  He even came back three days later to replace the old unreliable wiring going to a new sensor. 

Rob was friendly and prompt. He was available when my schedule allowed and showed up on time. I just purchased a new home and in addition to the installation of the new garage door opener I had purchased he also reviewed the operation of the garage door and recommended some modifications. When he was done he showed me how the new garage door opener functioned and gave me some tips on how to maintain the door going forward. He took his time and was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him!

This Saturday afternoon the main, large spring on the garage door broke and we were not able to  temporarily open the door using the manual method.  Rob installed a new motor about 8 years ago so I called hoping to set up an appointment for early Monday morning but after learning that the cars were trapped in the garage Rob offered to come out within an hour.  He arrived in the estimated time, made the repairs and the door now operates more smoothly and more quietly than ever.  He was responsive to the situation, professional and the charge was reasonable especially since this all happened at 2 pm on a Saturday afternoon. Excellent service experience!

I accidentally locked myself out of my garage, and had reset all of the settings so I couldn't get in. Rob came out within the hour to help me out. He got into my garage and fixed the emergency release, which I didn't even know was broken. He saved me from breaking the window in my garage!

Service was excellent.  Garage door was fixed and repaired on a Saturday late afternoon. At first I was told probably next day, but when I said cars were stuck in the garage, the garage door was fixed a couple of hours later.  Additional tune-up was performed and I didn't even ask for it.

Everything from the first phone call to him stopping by, to the installation went great. He took down and removed the old door and put in a new one. I didn't need any fancy upgrades as the garage is detached from the house. It could not have gone any better. Rob is one of the reasons why I like Angie's list, I had no idea where to find one and within a week or so everything was done. The cost included the garage door and all the guides and materials as well as his labor.

Rob was great.  I thought would have to pay for an entire new system for my garage door opener.  Rob found the problem and fixed it quickly then fixed a rigged up fix that I had to do in the dead of winter and made a few other adjustments.  Great work, saved me money and did NOT try to sell me something I didn't need.  Use this guy, he is great
