Mike was prompt & courteous throughout the entire process keeping us informed every step of the way. The painting team was professional & respectful. Mike gave us a detailed proposal and once his crew started to work on it, it was followed precisely. The crew (2 painters) are friendly, professional, efficient and trying to avoid as much mess as possible. Overall, we were happy with the work and the timeliness of completion.

The owner and painters were great and very detailed in their work. Very high quality work on walls, ceilings and trim. Good protection of our flooring and furniture and great clean up. Very orderly in the process from room to room painting. They exceeded our expectations for pricing and painting duration. I would highly recommend them. They were always on time and showed up as promised for the initial appointment and painting. Great Communication too.

Mike was great to work with and clearly has plenty of experience doing this type of work. Communications throughout the process were excellent. The detailed proposal left no doubt about exactly what was covered. He was up-front about the likelihood that some of my gardens would be impacted, and damage was minimal. The crew was also easy to work with, and did a good job with both painting and clean-up. We're very happy with the quality of the work and highly recommend QPS.

We hired Quality Painting Systems (QPS) to paint the exterior of my house. Mike was quick to come by the house and gave us a very detailed quote. He even noticed that a board of fascia needed to be replaced, something that the other contractors who bid for the job didn't notice. It took some time between giving (QPS) my deposit check and them actually getting around to painting my house, about 1 month. But I don't blame them, especially since the summer is the busiest season and painting houses is really dependent on the weather. Although QPS wasn't the cheapest quote I received, but I went with them because I trusted their attention to detail and their communication. They did a great job painting the exterior of my home. They took the time to work carefully and diligently around the house.

This company did an excellent job painting the exterior of our home. The crew worked well together and was able to complete the job in just one day. They did an excellent job, took care not to damage flower beds, and cleaned up when job was finished. We are very happy with the work done by Quality Painting Systems!!

Mike's attention to detail in every aspect start to finish was exemplary. Provided a detailed estimate as well as clarified expectations from the get go. Accmodated special requests as well. The entire process from quote to completion was very professional. Mike inspected our home and provided a very detailed quote regarding work required, areas needing special attention, materials, etc. Manny and the crew were on time, professional, worked long hours, communicated concerns, and responded in a timely manner to our questions. The final result looks great. Our neighbors have also been very complimentary of the work. We were highly satisfied with QPS and would certainly use them again.

Their estimate was higher than others but since it included 'replacing defective or rotted wood' I was alright with the price. The owner Mike Jackson and I had walked around the house and identified problem boards. After the power washing, 2 new problem boards became apparent over the garage door. I understood there would be an additional charge but the extra amount was not discussed before the 2 boards were replaced. After completion of the job, the extra amount charged was $525 of which I thought was excessive and I expressed my displeasure. He explained that other boards were part of the $525, and so we either have a misrepresentation or a misunderstanding. I paid the added amount, and while the work itself was fine, I would have some apprehension in recommending this company.

"This is a wonderful customer and we understand the frustration he may have with the additional cost. The proposal we provided him, as all our exterior proposals do, details the known carpentry needs in a specific carpentry section of the proposal. This includes a picture of the area, even with an arrow pointing to the specific boards that are known to need replacement. His proposal like all others, includes the following highlighted statement: ?Carpentry work includes known and seen needs only, it does not include what may come evident or visible after defective boards are removed or power washing? In this specific projects case, after power washing, it had become evident that many more siding & trim boards needed to be replaced, we replace a quantity of 13, 8? long siding boards and 2-3 additional trim boards.. When the need for additional board replacement became evident we immediately informed the customer asking him to review the areas with the crew leader; so he was aware and able to witness the additional carpentry needs and process on 3 sides of the home. I explained that the additional charges were simply to cover the cost of the material and labor to complete the carpentry work. I also supplied additional pictures of the areas. He implied that If I (the owner) felt the additional charge of $525.00 was fair he would pay for them. I explained that if I didn?t feel they were fair I would not have charged that amount. In general, carpentry repairs on exterior projects can be tricky, even problematic. With our detailed proposals we strive to address as much as possible those needs during the estimate process. From patching holes and repairing cracks in our walls to painting our 2238 sq ft condo from top to bottom Manny, Samuel and Pedro did an amazing job. The completed project is just beautiful. When we added the basement and garage in the middle of the job they made no complaints. Just worked harder and longer days to get it done in a timely fashion. Even when asked to go back and repaint some of the molding a different color, thay had no problem; it was all about making sure I was happy with the finished product. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking to have some painting done. Thank you Mike for putting together such an awesome team!

We had them paint 2 years ago and have since moved to FL. I wish they painted down here, I have never had anyone else paint that was as professional and dedicated to doing the job right as them! We even called 2 years later to get the name of the paint color they used on our MI home and they had it! We painted our living room the same color!

Quality Painting Systems painted the entire interior of a house we are selling. Their pricing was competitive with two highly rated Angie's List companies. The quality of their work? Outstanding! The painters were skilled, professional, and even replaced a section of a wall in one of the bedrooms that was water-damaged. I would recommend this company to anyone.

very professional but cordial The crew even had unending patience with my 5 year old granddaughter's endless questions and and gave my son-in-law advice on how to do a stone fireplace as one of the crew had put one inhis own home. Michael Jackson himself was more than patient with me as I had to miss one appointment and very professional with paper work ready on the spot but no pressure just sign and mail when I was ready and quote was in same area as other estimates. cleanup was emaculate and they even labeled the extra paint so I know what goes where.

Mike was very professional and his crew was as well. They did an excellent job on the basement for a reasonable price. My only complaint would be that the project was not completed in the estimated amount of time. other than that everything was great. Highly recommended.
