THEY CAME THE DAY AFTER I CALLED THEM. I TOLD THEM WHAT THE WASHER WAS DOING, SO THEY BROUGHT THE PARTS ALONG WITH THEM. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE IN ABOUT TWO HOURS, WHICH WAS VERY NICE. THEY WERE REALLY NICE TO ME WHILE THEY WERE HERE, TOO.
