When I contacted Michigan Carpet Cleaning, I was told my the owner that their service was superior to others as they use very little water and better cleaning process. The high traffic areas and other spots (which is the reason we paid $160 for 2 rooms, stairs and a hallway which is higher than we normally pay) were still very visible. We contacted the owner with our concerns that the carpet wasn't clean, they returned without success. We then called Stanley Steemer (at a cost of $99) come out and hey were successful at cleaning the areas that needed attention. We were so impressed with Stanley Steemer that we signed up for 3 additional cleanings. We contacted the owner of Michigan Carpet Cleaning and he refused to return any portion of our $160 even though he did not provide the service we needed. We ended up paying $259 to get our carpet cleaned due to the inferior serviced provided by Michigan Carpet Cleaning.

The carpets looked and smelled new. The cleaners were courteous and professional, and the owner resolved our concern with the initial scheduling.

Could not have been better!

The contractor was on time, professional and cleaned my well worn carpet (over 10 years old) cleaner than any other service I've had and the stains have not come back since. He removed very old stains in the hallway and next to the kitchen entrance that I did not think would come out.  I will definitely use this specific contractor again.

They were good. I would give them "A's" across the board. It's pretty well-priced.

Carpeting very stained with pet stains most stains have reappeared 3 weeks later Cleaner Hit head on dining area chandelier and cracked glass piece. My husband heard i the break, worker was not forthcoming about break.

It was good.  They cleaned the carpet really well.  He was polite and efficient.  He was also on time.
