Owner Jack came out.  They were not on time and I had to call several times to figure out if they were still coming out.  We had a schedule appt for them to pump the second tank at 9:30am and then an inspection with Jack at 10am.  After no one showed up at 10 am I started calling.  I guess they were having issues but I also was having issues.  Jack came out and was very helpful and kind.  Apologized for the tardiness.  I had to call the office to have them come within the hour to pump the second tank.  But Jack was able to help me figure out why I was having issues with my septic.  I would use their services again.

Somebody else had another septic system and people came out when they were going to buy the house.  They disagreed with his assessment on the system but he volunteered to go out and defend his assessment with the buyers.  They didn't take him up on it and passed it but in his opinion he said he was prepared to go out and tell the people that the other guy was just trying to sell a new septic system.

This is our second time using Jacks. The first visit we had them put risers on so we didn't have to pay for the extra digging.  They arrived on time, took the top grass section off, emptied the tanks and then put the grass back on.  Quick and no mess.

He was friendly and professional. His prices were reasonable. He was efficient.

Friendly and flexible service.  The service tech arrived a couple hours later than I had expected, but we had an open window time planned, so I really didn't have a basis to expect them to come at the beginning of the window. Fast and friendly.

Checked both septic tanks; told me only one needed solids pumped.  Explained what he was going to do, added tips on septic use, and money saving suggestions to just let the bacteria system work naturally without additives, which is what I have done for 25 years without issues.  Very upfront and honest with advise and service.

After dealing with a company that scammed us, we called these guys. They came right out pumped both septic tanks and had to do some snaking and digging to get the clog fixed. The company had someone here inside of 30 mins, the guy was professional, and informative. The cost was more than I wanted to spend but they did keep the cost reasonable and the service was
excellent. I would use this company again and refer them to anyone with a problem

Note: never make a check out to a person doing service work, allways make it out to the company or call the company before paying, thats how the first guy scammed us. He charged us 281.00 to snake a drain  then asked that we make the check out to him. The company is not listed on angies list
