Definitely worth the wait! Due to weather and perhaps other reasons, I had to wait about 10 months to have this work done. During that time, communication was sparse which made me worry if the project was ever going to be done. However, it did happen and I am extremely pleased with the results. In fact, more work was done than I even expected! The crew was very courtesy and the operations manager was responsive. Definitely will consider Garrett again when I ready to have my back patio repaired.

I've used Garrett for the past 2+ seasons to perform weekly mowing, edging, and bush trimming. I've added projects such as tree removal, bed redesign, and sprinkler repair. All of the above have been performed extremely well and without incident. On top of that, Steve is a great person to work with, I highly recommend their service.

It went great. I received an estimate by email, hired the company by email, communicated by email the date the work would start and received my bill by email. Very easy! Someone came out to go over the plan and came during the job and when it was finished. No problems and very reliable. Refreshing to have someone answer the phone and actually finish a job without nagging or excuses! I hired this company for my weekly lawn care.

I cannot say enough good things about Scott Garrett and Garret Landscaping Group.  I had a rather large project with a number of disparate parts and was afraid that I was going to deal with multiple contractors.  Instead, Scott Garrett took charge of the entire project, bringing in  a concrete/stone veneer specialist as needed, to produce a result that is truly stunning.  When I look out my window at my  driveway and garden, I feel as though I'm looking at a spread in a high-class magazine.

First off, Scott Garrett is an excellent listener who worked to understand what I wanted. I never felt that he was trying to impose his vision on me, but rather, that we were a team working together to bring to life my vision. Although I had a good sense of what I wanted for the driveway, I was far less certain of what to do regarding the landscaping.  Scott offered suggestions for plantings that were excellent, but he was also excellent about making changes if I expressed concerns.

His proposal was extremely clear and detailed, which gave me great confidence that I knew every step (and cost)  of the project before he began.  Throughout the process, he maintained excellent communication with me - again giving me confidence I knew what was  happening and when.

The teams that worked on the project were truly impressive for their professionalism, punctuality, respectfulness for my property, and obvious pride in their work.  And most of all, they were all very nice people.  The Garrett Landscaping team was on site for 4 days and worked their tails off every day.  There was no music disturbing me or the neighborhood, no lunch remains left at the end of the day - just slow, steady progress on a multi-pronged project. Their fastidious prep work - for the paver driveway and the landscaping - gave me great confidence that their results would be excellent; and they were.

The concrete sub-contractors demonstrated the same qualities as the Garrett Landscaping team: professional, punctual, tidy, proud of their work, and again, just very nice people.  High-quality performance characterized the work on the project, whether conducted by Garrett or his sub.

 The price for this project was not cheap but I believe that I  got more than my money's worth.  Scott came up with creative solutions to problems  that I thought were unresolvable, delivered a finished project on time and on budget, and has created an outdoor environment I truly love.  But more than that, he and his team went above and beyond the original scope of the project to ensure my satisfaction and the success of the project.  For example, I have mobility problems and was a bit startled when I learned that I would need to water the new plantings twice a day for a few weeks to ensure that they "took" (duh, what was I thinking?  Of course you need to water new plants!).  Recognizing my concern, Scott's team set up sprinkle hoses and a timer so that the plants would be watered without my having to worry about it - all at no charge.

Garrett Landscaping Group goes above and beyond expectations to deliver superior work and outstanding customer service.  I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Everything went really well! The sod was very healthy and lush, and it took root quickly and is doing great now. They completed the work faster than I had expected, and they were very thorough. They even found a way to use some of my old flagstones to create a border around the flower bed, so I didn't need to use new bricks (and I think it looks better than what I was envisioning doing with new bricks). The work was done during the day while I was away, and Steve came personally that evening to look everything over with me and explain how to care for the sod. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely do business with this company again. They are great!

They are excellent! They are very reasonably priced and we have received several compliments from neighbors regarding how great our yard looks.

Steve came to understand what I needed as far as lawn maintenance services and schedule.  
He provided a clear estimate of the services and costs and invoices for those services as they are performed.
They have provided services contracted and agreed upon on a weekly or as needed basis.  
Garrett Landscape has been great to work with and very responsive, and once winter rolled around I signed them for snow removal and ice treatment.

They did a really excellent job. I was very happy with the work they did. The irrigation turned out really well. They made one mistake. They owned up to it and gave me a discount. Basically, they took one of the trees in my backyard and trimmed it way too high. It was like a barrier so that the neighbors couldn't see us; they cut too much and now the neighbors could see us and I told them that's not what I wanted. He made some excuse but he gave me a discount. He didn't charge me for cutting that tree. I plan to use them again.

They charged me for the power washing and filling between the pavers. I like them, they have done good work for. They have come every time I have called, and they follow through. We communicated by phone and the computer. They answered all my questions, they came and inspected it, and did the job. They showed up when they said they would.

Working with Garrett Landscape Group was a pleasurable experience. We had two quotes performed for the work we wanted - both coming in at about the same price. But Scott at Garrett Landscape (the owner) provided the personal attention that made the difference. He paid attention to the details that we requested, and went above and beyond that.
His communication to us was very prompt and courteous. We even added work to the original quote just days before the work was to begin, and he had no problem adding it in for us.
They were very thorough in providing us with estimates as to when the work would begin and were very prompt in letting us know that there would be delays due to the recent rains.
They completed the work all in one day while we were at work. When we arrived home, the team was still present cleaning things up. They then gave us a personal walk through of all the work they had done, explaining all the details, answering any questions we had. And this wasn't even Scott but his team.
Not only did they install new plants and spruced up areas that we left the same, but they releveled our brick patio that had sunk iin certain areas over the years. It looks like a brand new patio that we are excited to use again!
Overall, a great experience, an amazing result, and the nicest group of people that you could work with. I have already passed their name on to several friends.
