It did not go well.  Ryan Moon, the owner, told us he pulled the permit from the city for the work but he didn't.  This caused a big mess where we had to go to the city after the fact to work out the permit issues.  The work crew, however, was actually very good and accommodating.

He said that he would give me an invoice and hasn't done it yet. He is giving us a runaround. I get a service done, pay them the same day and I didn't get anything in return, I need this for my records. It took three months to get it. We bought this place 18 months ago and we are on a lane, all of the water mains are at the end of the road. He tore up the neighbors yard and hasn't fixed it. I won't recommend him and to this day the yard is still tore up. It was leaking and the city said that they would shut our water off if we didn't get it fixed. He was right there.

Ryan was awesome, we needed more gravel on our driveway - He was timely, filled in teh pot holes and leveled the rest.  Excellant response and timing for the winter plowing that galdly we didn't have to do.  Awesome I would call him agian for our limestone needs and other excavating.
