Landscape Minor Grading or Resloping Service
Two projects were agreed upon: (1) drainage repair and soil leveling, and (2) replacement of rotten chimney boards. The first project was completed; however, one of the drainage lines is already leaking and requires repair. The second project was never started, as the contractor notified me that they would no longer continue working on my projects. I paid $2,000 upfront before work began. Despite multiple requests, the contractor has not returned to reinstall the lattice that was removed during the work. I specifically hired CAW because they assured me they could complete both projects, avoiding the need to hire separate contractors. Now, I must start over to find another contractor, resulting in more than a month of delay. In addition, their quote was three times higher than a competitor s for comparable work. Overall, I am very disappointed with this experience and the lack of professionalism demonstrated throughout the process. I have records of communication ready to provide to Angi. I am sending them via email since the attachment process in this link is not working properly.

"We agreed on a scope of work Collected a deposit for the work an we completed more than 3/4 of the work that we were tasked to do. The home owner added multiple other items on that were not in the scope of work originally. We came to finish the job a thats when she stated she was had received a quote for a fraction of our quote l. I asked to see the quote to verify it was a accurate quote and within the same scope she did not provide the quote an when she said she would she said she would not show us any of the other contractors information . We had no way to verify that she did not type this up on her own an that it was a valid quote. After that discussion she asked us to lower the remaining balance that was owed on the job . We did not feel comfortable that we were going to be able to collect the balance that was owed so we finished the work that we had started an I informed her of our concerns an let her know that we were not going to be able to finish the job"
