Kriss, the owner, did a great job. She handled the preparations very professionally and was very cooperative and flexible about scheduling. More importantly she bonded immediately with my cats. During her first visit she sent me a text message telling me that everything was going well, and when I get home everything had been done perfectly. I'm looking forward to using her again soon.

Ms. Lare was prompt (even 7 minutes early). She was friendly, cheerful, energetic, and reassuring. We both decided that I would ride to the vet with her and my cat, so that I could provide the vet with relevant new info about the cat's difficulties. We rode in her new van, she carried the pet carrier for me, and in general, she was very knowledgeable, reassuring and supportive. She is a retired medical assistant (from the U of M), and has contacts with local veterinarians in cases of emergency. Her prices were reasonable. .You get a great value for what you pay. She would feed and brush the animals, change the litter box, grab the mail, and check the house. At the end of each visit she would leave me a note on what she did.
