Carpet Center & Floors

It was a mess after they left.  The sales person said that it would take them a day to do and it took them 2 days.  The first day they were here 15 hours and the second day took about 7 hours.  The mess they left afterwards took us several hours to clean up.  I called the sales person and told them it was a mess.  He said don't worry I will send out a cleaner and after several days I called him again and said no one came out and he said I will bring it to you.  He brought us out a bottle of window cleaner, the kind you buy at the dollar store.  They put this stuff on the floor that dried into like a glue and you couldn't even walk on it without your feet sticking to the floor.  I also didn't know that I was supposed supply meals to the men working.  We had to eat out because we couldn't use the kitchen because everything was displaced.  We went to McDonald's to get food and they made you feel guilty that you didn't feed them.  I gave them money to go get their own food and they looked at me like this is it.  If I hadn't gotten the extra boxes of tile out of the back of their truck they would have driven away with it after we had paid for it. It just happened that I took the dog out and saw they put the extra carton back in the van and I was told that whatever we bought was ours to keep and the next day he put in back in the van and I was glad I saw it and took it out.  They didn't even know how to put the appliances back and the sales person told me they would put it all back. They were worthless. They came with materials that didn't match and if you weren't on top of watching them they would have put it in and you would have been stuck with it.  I would not recommend them to anyone and the quality of the work was very poor.

Overall, it went very well and we are very pleased with the flooring.
