BELFOR Property Restoration

In Dec 2010 a pipe at my condo burst and flooded the basement and ground floor , The insurance Co. hired Belfor Property Restoration. They did the demo work and subcontracted the rest of the work to other companies. When they moved my cooking range to tear out the kitchen, they broke the oven door handle and light across tho back which they said hey would fix, and they have not in spite of many calls I have made to them over the last 4 months. Kurt Bortels, senior estimator, was in charge of the job, he also has some problem with putting the furniture back into the rooms they came from and insisted they didn't even do that even though Dre Evans, Fire/water damage insurance adjuster as Farmers Ins. said it was part of the job and their pay was covered under policy for putting the furniture back. He even spoke to Mr.Bortels. The furniture is still all piled in the master bedroom and garage. The stove is in the garage and the microwave is in the upstairs bath. (See pictures included)
